Hello! I’m Liz. I create transformative experiences of beauty.

I am an artist, a movement teacher, a photographer, and a creator of immersive spaces that transform your understanding of yourself.

I have two main gifts.

The first is sight. I am blessed to be able to see truth as it is held in the human form. I see it when I look through my camera. I see it when people move and dance in front of me. I am able to see these qualities and pull them forward so that you can see yourself more clearly.

My second gift is translation. I am able to take academic, spiritual and esoteric concepts and translate them in to space/time so that you can experience these themes within yourself. I take ideas, stories, histories, and concepts and lay them out in a physical space. I then act as your guide, walking alongside you as you find your own relationship to these truths.

My passion is to expand my clients’ and my students’ conception of themselves.

I want you to experience your own vastness and develop your own relationship to spirituality, power, beauty and truth. I do this by giving you a safe and beautiful space to experience your own body. I believe your body inherently knows the way forward, and through unstructured movement, your inner voice becomes stronger and clearer.

I am also committed to offering opportunities for people to experience the breadth of their own aliveness. I deeply value being alive and somatically engaged in this temporal human existence.

I see you, and I help you to better see yourself. I do this by taking photos … by capturing moments of you etched in light.

And I do this by creating environments and structures for you to move in and with, letting your body’s own authentic movement show you what you feel, and marveling at how you dance your world into being.

I have a passion for research and a dedication to speaking (feminine-based) truth to power. One of long-term, life-time goals is to bring forth voices and narratives that have been sidelined, lost, or forgotten, and to reclaim voices that become erased when more dominant narratives tell us what to think.

You can find examples of my graduate research here.

Liz is an architect of the ancient arts, temple, ceremony, and a steward of the healing threads and foundational infrastructure of community, of which, and through the mastery of her curations, is remembered in our human hearts as a necessary and essential aspect of our human existence. Liz's work touches on the core questions we face as we emerge from the womb and into life, which are “do I belong, am I safe, am I loved”. Without conscious tending we all subconsciously face these questions throughout our lives. Their fractures live in our bones and bodies impacting our lived experiences. In Liz's space we are guided home and into an undeniable capacity to answer “yes” to each of these, healing our deepest wounds as we emerge as whole, witnessed beings. Her exquisite art, channel, and curations give people a space to move, feel, digest, and return to themselves on the deepest level. Her work is a tribute to life itself.
